CEO and president of Nationwide Credit Clearing, Inc. is a leader in the credit repair industry. Todd founded the company in 1986 after noticing inaccurate information on his own credit report. He searched extensively, but was unsuccessful in finding someone to help correct this problem. After having no luck, he started to work on his own credit report with the assistance of one of his lawyer friends. After learning the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Todd was able to correct the errors on his credit report. This experience made him recognize a need for this type of service and to launch Nationwide Credit Clearing.
Since the very beginning, the mission of Nationwide Credit Clearing has been to help consumers get their credit fixed and back on track. Nationwide Credit Clearing has helped thousands of consumers and has become one of the largest credit repair companies in the country.
Todd has been featured on the cable show “Fox Thing in the Morning” and is the host of the popular TV show “Credit Talk,” a weekly live call-in show in Chicago. In 2011, he introduced a program of providing free credit reports and free consultations. This innovation has proved to be a success with all of our clients.
Michael Stern, with 23 years experience in the credit repair industry, is Vice-President in charge of Account Development. He is responsible for managing new customer sales and developing relations with sources of sales expansion as well as training and mentoring new sales personnel. In addition, Michael holds a real estate license and this background is helpful in dealing with many of his responsibilities.
Prior to joining the credit industry, Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Columbia College, Chicago.
Michael J. Gunderson

Michael J. Gunderson is a founding partner of Gunderson & Tharp, LLC and is outside consul for Nationwide Credit Clearing. Michael is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he obtained a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Communications and the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor Degree. In 2008, Michael founded the Law Offices of Michael Gunderson in Chicago’s Bucktown Neighborhood. In 2010, Michael merged his practice with Brian Tharp Law Offices and Gunderson & Tharp, LLC was established. Michael concentrates his practice in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Consumer Bankruptcy, Credit and Transactional Real Estate Law and contributes his strong abilities in consultation to Nationwide.
Sylvia Rojas is the Administrative Manager for Nationwide Credit Clearing. As such, she is directly responsible for the Company’s accounting, training, and marketing programs. Her sales skills have led her to a diverse client base, where she has utilized her exceptional bi-lingual skills.
In her 10 years with Nationwide, Sylvia has provided superior management skills and outstanding maintenance on clients accounts. Due to her positive customer service skills she was awarded Nationwide Credit Clearing’s Exceptional Customer Service Representative Award for over 5 years.
Natasha Duszak has been with Nationwide Credit for the past four years. Her area of focus has primarily been on the marketing side of the company, prospecting and generating new clients and business.
By following up on assisting clients in every way, she is able to generate income for the company as well as maintain strong customer loyalty with our client base. Through her marketing efforts she has been instrumental in enabling Nationwide Credit Clearing’s growth to one of the leading credit repair companies in the nation.
Melissa Mendez is a Data Processor for Nationwide Credit Clearing. She is responsible for updating and evaluating clients credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus. Melissa provides strong credit maintenance and repair here at Nationwide.
Prior to joining the Nationwide Credit Clearing staff she pursued classes in business administration at the college level.
Charlene Coles has had various responsibilities in her 10+ years at Nationwide Credit. She is now in charge of opening and submitting files on all new clients. This involves gathering credit reports, entering all negative information and coordinating disputes to the major credit bureaus. She also updates current files and submits disputes and discrepancies to the various agencies.
Ahtesham (the Mod) Hussain is sales agent for Nationwide Credit Clearing. He is responsible for outside sales in the community. With using his advanced bilingual skills, he has established a diverse client base.
In 2009 he was promoted to Vice President of sales. Mod has been with Nationwide Credit clearing for 10 years and continues to utilize his sales career here at Nationwide Credit.

Caitlin deals with the entire process of credit repair from new client outreach and input to accounting. She also updates current files and submits disputes and discrepancies to the various agencies. Prior to NCC she worked as the Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant for Infohealth Management Corp. She has expertise in Maintaining client database, working with client reports, and accounting.
Katie is a recent graduate of Loras College and joined the Nationwide Credit Clearing team with a strong desire to contribute to multiple aspects of the company including marketing, website work, sales, collections and video work. She also provides clients with status updates on their files, and submits daily disputes and discrepancies to TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. Katie is an avid sports fan and is a producer at WGN AM720 radio in downtown Chicago.Kelly joined Nationwide Credit with a background in customer service. This is a very important aspect of the process and Kelly is very helpful to our clients. Kelly updates client’s files and assists customers over the phone.

Jenny is the newest member of the Nationwide Credit Clearing team. She has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Loras College, which gives her a good understanding of client’s needs. She updates client’s files on a daily basis and assists customers over the phone.
